Steeping question

How much difference does it make?
As in, if I mix a liquid and it tastes disgusting, will steeping it for 2, possibly 4 weeks turn an awful liquid into a decent one?
I made a bottle up of OneShotWonder Pancake Bloke(I have the original to compare it to), and tbh I think it is vile.My first thought was to chuck it down the khazi, but then I have read that steeping can turn something unvapeable into something decent.True?

if so, bit crap when starting out, make a little sample then wait 2-4 weeks and its great,so mix a big batch and have to wait another month

Not made my own liquid yet but steeping does make a difference. Have bought fresh liquids and a week or two can improve them, longer might be better but I never have enough at once to do that.

Depends on the liquid. Some need 4-6 weeks before becoming good. Not sure about Pancake bloke but it wouldn't surprise me if it needed at least a couple of weeks. It will certainly change over that time.

Dude. Steeping is a huge part of DIY.

For me, I find it gives your liquid time to come together as one flavour as apposed to a complete mish mash of flavours in your mouth !
Also certain flavours in your mix will calm down leaving others to become more prominent etc.
I would definitely say some liquids taste great as a shake and vape, but I find most liquids need a few days of steeping and daily shaking to make them taste that much better.
