Steeping questions

It all totally depends if they are ore steeped or not. Cheap as chips then a defo steep. Well known brands then not needed so much . Fruits add nic shake 24 hours later vape
Creams custards same but need longer to steep.
Easiest way to find out is try them. If taste good then vape on if not steep and steep some more with a daily shake. Not breathed juice in over four years.

Well they weren't that cheap about a tenner each plus delivery. Unfortunately everything I like is expensive

The brand's I like are nasty juice, beardvape X, dinner lady, Miami drip club and ohm boys

If you're buying shortfills the steeping benefit comes from the time the flavourings have together with the base rather than the reaction time with nicotine. All you need to achieve after adding nic to a shortfill is an even distribution of the nic in the container. The steeping time required is therefore going to depend on the juice, and the brand - some brands will pre-steep, others will not.
With a shortfill that I recently bought, a good shake after adding nic and an overnight stand was sufficient for the purpose.

Once you get into DIY you will soon learn the optimum steeping time for different flavour combinations and types. It's advantageous to have one or two recipes which are shake and vape whilst you wait for other recipes which require 4 weeks to reach maturation. Always have something on hand to vape, then plan your mixing schedule.
