stock problem

ive had a few pple complain that this batch of nic base is a bit dark and the raw nic smell is very strong so i have took all base off the site for the min even tho i have had it tested and it is perfectly fine according to the results . but i cant have my customers unhappy so ..... any way i have paid for a new batch that im collecting from the supplier on wed but if it is once again dark and very strong raw nic smell to it i will have to refuse the order and see wat i can do to either get a new batch in or change supplier . but changing supplier is something i really don't want to do as i no the base i currently get is usually the very best of quality but like i say i wont have my customers unhappy even if it means putting my self at a financial loss witch is wat is happening right now .. hopefully i will return to business as usual soon but need to get this issue resolved first

Sorry to hear of your probs, but you are demonstrating outstanding customer service by letting everyone know. Do the manufacturers have any reasons for the darkened colour? Really hope you get it sorted ASAP, for you financially, that is. Cheers, Blossom

nope not really all tests came back fine the only thing we can put it down to is the dam heat of the last cple of weeks no impurities nothing its bloody baffling :-( and a killer on me i sold the last of it of but told the buyers the base is darker and the raw nic smell is very prominent / sharp but i sold that off at a loss to my self but nothing els i could really do :-( so im kinda praying t the eliqud gods that this new batch will be back to normal if not as i say i will have to refuse the order and .. and well i don't bloody no lol i guess try and find a new supplier that can deliver an order pretty quick

Just a quick question, by dark colour is it pinky? I only ask, as the 100ml I got off you a while ago was perfectly clear for a couple of days then it went pink. No smell though... So I think it's just where the UV got to it whilst I was mixing up 100ml of juice as soon as I got it. Seriously, top quality stuff though!

no m8 the pink stuff is all well and good but this batch was a sort of off yellowy/ light green witch i have found on occasion to be perfectly fine with a very fresh batch of 72 mg nic base but the htter the days got the darker it got and the stronger the nic smell . a few pple were concerned and i suppose rightly so .. so i had it tested and its fine but i don't like selling something that customers aint 100% happy with hopefully the next batch willy be the clear / pinky colur stuff ive always found that to be the baste tasting base . i don't no maybe it is because the batch was literally fresh from production but i just aint got the answers and neither have they so until its sorted it looks like im gna be out of stock :-( i do have a back up plan as i friend o mine may be abel to sort a few ltrs out for me from his batch but it all depends of the cost of picking it up ect :-( will see how it goes hopefully back on top o things very soon

I reckon it could be some form of reaction, I have gotten nic that has turned a wee bit of a pinky colour which never did me any haarrmmmmmmmmmxxxzzz.

ive alwayse preferd the pinky base to the more clear stuff why i dno just tastes cleaner i think
