I was going to mention that but as it was your baby I thought it best you should
I can vouch for that recipe, just don't sub the strawberry for raspberry lool

Not sweet enough for me so still tweekin it at the moment! Added a bit of marshmallow an Bavarian cream an have it steepin as we speak

tried a strawberry jam doughnut last night although needs to steep its tasting pretty good

tpa frosted doughnut 10%
chefs choice strawberry jam 5%
tpa Bavarian cream 5%

I think im gonna knock the doughnut back a bit to 7/8% and the bav cream to 3%
and up the jam and add a bit of strawberry ripe but gonna give it a week and see
how it is then first, but deffo got potential
