Yes normal consumer rights and if payed via PayPal you will also be covered by them to use resolution center.

Fair comment, and I know nothing about them either way. It's a good price but if I had a website that sold relatively few items I would try to at least put a little bit of information about the product, it's a bit minimalist...

It is indeed. Maybe it's how they save money. No fancy pics or descriptions, just cheap mods!
