Hi everyone. I've been vaping for 11 months now and feel I am stuck in a rut with my equipment. I use a VV Ego battery with a Protank and sometimes an Evod BCC. I would like to expand my knowledge and "upgrade" my equipment. Could anyone point me in the right direction as its a minefield out there and I don't know what to buy. Thanks in advance, Chris.

Do you have a particular budget?
Any other needs/preferences?

I like to use VV devices to be honest... Budget isn't an issue really. Thanks :)

Yep check the zmax v3 telescope on the classifieds now everything you need in a vv/vw device :)

Hiya .. you will probably go this route, this is what seems to happen normally

firstly you will end up getting something a tad more advanced and bigger batteried but not too expensive like a zmax or an MVP.

you will be happy with that for awhile, you will then go "bugger it I've saved so much on smoking I'm going to treat myself to something nice" from here .. you will will split in one of 2 directions .. and go either the provari style VV route or Mech mod ... both have their plusses and minuses, and neither are wrong.

Staying with VV will give you the ability to use more attys especially if you want to stay using clearos.. Mech mod will give you more flexibility in terms of rebuildables.

VV has more that can go wrong ... circuits etc, Mech is just tubes and batteries .. so very difficult to break.

In terms of attys, very much personal choice.

if you like to mess with things, rebuildables are great and you can tailor your wicking to your own preference.

I got one of these about a month ago : http://myepack.co.uk/mods/itaste-mvp-v2-0-black.html

Comes complete with an Iclear top coil changeable clearo. The mod itself is a nice bit of kit and I'm pleased with it.. only possible drawback I can find personally is that it has a fixed battery so if you run out of charge, you need a back up device until you can get it recharging. Once it's recharging, you can use it as a passthrough (or so it says in the manual.. not tried it myself).

It's smaller than I thought it would be, the body seems to be fairly scuff resistant and unlike the Vamos that I've had, I've not succeeded in knocking it over/off my desk .... yet.;)

As ZT says, atties are pretty subjective and everyone has their own preference. The Iclear that comes with the kit isn't too shabby at all but personally, my favourite is using a Boge carto in a tank at around 8 watts.

Have a scout around for video reviews etc before taking the plunge and shelling out for new kit to try and find out any drawbacks of a particular device.

Thanks! Could you send me links to those 2 devices the zmax and MVP? Thankyou.

There are 3 pages of stuff to look at and include those mentioned. I have used this website and they are good. However, I have linked to them so you can have a look at them. There may be places to buy them cheaper.

The only other thing to add - if you get a device that needs separate batteries, buy the best batteries and charger you can. It's important for both battery life and safety.

yep .. get an xtar or similar ... The chargers that come with zmaxs aint all that
