Stuck on disposables

You know, it wasn't posted for your benefit, it might appeal to the OP....

Manufacturers need to take note and heed the warning signs that are there in front of them. They might be making millions of pounds now but the more restrictions that are put on vaping the more it will affect their profits and the industry as a whole.
So I think the vaping industry started the disposable revolution so it’s up to those companies to end it so the whole vaping fraternity can carry on doing what we all enjoy and let the research into vaping products and health benefits or otherwise continue on an even keel.
SO HEED THE WARNING SIGNS VAPE MANUFACURERS. It’s for everybody’s BENEFIT.

I doubt those Chinese companies will see your message (and probably don't frequent this forum either)...
.. the main thing they will see is the orders coming in requiring them to manufacture millions of disposables every week.. and make hay while the sun shines...

They should realise that the sun soon vanishes and could be to late to recover it.
I’ve had my little preach so feel a little better lol.

how many do you order in a year? no need to answer if the information is sensitive obvs. :)

We're only a small (just the one) shop, and we order about 150 disposables a week x 52 = 7800

But sales of disposables are actually a bit slower for us than say around last summer, because now pretty much every supermarket and convenience store sells them.

Even if there is the slightest cue, I will encourage whoever to use a proper e-cig...
.. and some (only a few) who have moved from refillble/rechargeable/coil-changeable to disposable, I have a polite go at them...

I am always pleased when a customer comes in seeing the error of their ways (using a disposable on a daily basis).

interesting. i get your point about encouraging people away from them, which is obvs a good thing. i also tend to agree that manufacturers will keep making them if orders keep coming in, as you say above. 7800 doesn’t seem a huge amount, but how many vape shops in the uk sell them? 2000 maybe? so somewhere over 15 million a year if we take yours as the average?

like you say, paper shops and garages being loaded with them now might make this a bit of a moot point. but then, a few of the supermarkets seem to be dropping them. so who knows. but i def think vendors of all types are a key thing in this.
