i'm really interested in using saline...
sounds like it helps lift accent flavours in custards.
gotta work out where to buy it or make it first.
just about to run out of pre-made myself..had to throw my last evods worth of genuine mothers milk out this morning as i'd kept it so long it went funky.
And only got 1ml accies left... :-(
