I mixed up a 10ml batch of 10% tpa tutti fruity with 2 drops of EM (mixed at 10%), now the flavour is there but not brilliant but its got a harshness, I hate sweeteners like sucralose etc. I've had juices with artificial sweeteners before and I can instantly taste most. Is there something else I can use to take the edge off without destroying the flavour?

Have you left it to steep at all? The throat hit on my mixes seems to mellow down after a few days.

EM doesn't work well in some mixes.. It can mute the flavour so I'd try a mix without it and leave it for a few days.

A lot of concentrates don't need Sweetener either...

It had two days [emoji2] couldn't help but try it. it was the first thing I mixed hoping to use soon as I'm running very low on juice . I'll leave it a few days longer, I'm can still see myself needing a sweetener of sorts at some point soon though.

I'm not a fan of Sucralose but i tolerate it if i really need more sweetness.

But usually i just mix up higher VG percentage, VG tastes naturally sweet as opposed to Sucralose tasting that acrid artificial sweetness.

If it's still harsh after a week it might be worth considering other additives.

Not tried it myself but TPA Smooth looks like it might do what you're after.

I've experimented a bit with that. It rounds flavours off and completely takes away the throat hit if you're not careful.

It's definitely worth considering if you struggle with throat hit.. I'm the opposite though.. Can't get enough throat hit so it rarely gets used.
