SX350 V100 100watt box mod build.

Looks good to me fella.
I've just this second sanded my second top coat and applied another.
Defo takes lots of time to get the paint properly cured. At least a few days for me so far.

Takes months, give it a good week to dry until you start sanding it.

I just found out the hard way. One of my enclosures is buggered. Cracks all over the paintwork. Its my fault for using the wrong paint. Most are turning out alright though so its all good.

I painted and baked my box in the oven and the paint was rock hard. Sanded it and sanded down the the primer on one of the corners. Tomorrow is a new day

Looks very good mate, mine is up and running in the box you machined for me but the rubberised paint is going to have to come off so its going to be disassembled and repainted soon.

Wiring the led firing button sx350 100watt

I used a led firing button, been some talk about how to do it and what is the best way to do it. Ive done it every way you can really, this is the best and easiest imo.

2 wires and a resistor

This will only work with the SX350 100watt version other boards will need a different resistor to function right.
