I soldered to the outside legs of the switch board and left the tactile switch on there. Works perfectly.
The dimensions between the hold centres is 75mm. The metal around the 3mm holes is 1mm. There are radiuses from the post to the side of the box because they are milled.

Ok, Having just received this board and enclosure for "testing" purposes, I'm staring at it and thinking how the hell am I going to make this all fit?! I'm not a regulated guy but the AxBox S and P are tight but this is on a new level of tight. I also need to work out how I'm going to make the board stay put. This one's gonna be fun.

Much respect to Seedy here as I'm sat head scratching on this one.

Get the switch tight against the post as well as the 510. The switch board can be taken off if needed. I just folded it back

Yeah, figured that out already. It's physically securing the board and whether I want to go down the route of using the tactile or shove a button in.
