Humm. Ive the OG TMD , and whilst it’s true the pads get soaked. I’ve a feeling it’s because of the condensation trap. It’s seems like a good idea, but actually encourages condensation, not reduces It. In my view.It does, they absorb condensation so it lasts longer before it leaks, the pioneer is a good example and I will soon receive the tmd boro lite (hoping to have the version with the pads), I can give you feedback
But hey look, the pads get soaked, so it must be working, right!
Even the plastic standard boro condensation gizmos, actually cause the problem they’re designed to overcome.
As for leaking, it’s a Boro, they leak by definition , but I’ve not noticed the TMD being any worse.
The OG Pioneer Boro is much the same. But if I had to say, I’d say it weeps a bit more than the TMD.
I’ve tried oversize rings, they work but can be a bit of a pain with some boro RBAs. And it still weeps a tad.
