Hello
I bought the "SXmini G Class V2" device 6 months ago
I had no problem at first, but now, after charging, one of the batteries shows 91% and does not go higher than that.
I updated the device version, cleaned the connectors with alcohol, charged with an external charger, reset the device, replaced the batteries with another model.
Batteries:
2x cylid 3100 mAh
2x molicel m25a

what is wrong?

About the batteries you listed,

If you bought Cyclaid 3100mah 18650s (not Cyclid) then they are definitely re-wraps. Battery Mooch gave them a DO NOT BUY rating. Apparently they were Sony VTC6a batteries under the wraps - not bad batteries at all, but rewrap companies frequently change donor cells so there is a high possibility you've bought junk.

Molicel M25 batteries don't exist... Maybe you mean M35a, which are 3,500mah 18650s.If they are M35a Molicels then they only have a 10 Amp max rating so they are the wrong batteries for that mod. They are great batteries for low wattage MTL vaping but DL vaping wattages will be piushing therm into the red zone - used in a dual battery mod you should not go above about 50 Watts if you want to avoid problems..

I think there is a strong possibility your batteries are the problem - Cyclaid cells are shit, and you are mis-using the Molicels.

I recommend you go to Fogstar and buy some genuine 25 Amp batteries that are far more suitable for your mod (there is a discount code - POTV20). Molicel P26a, Molicel P28a and Sony/Murata VTC5a are good. Don't go for the highest MAH rating for DL vaping, particularly if you use high power settings - the Amp rating is far more important if you want to avoid problems.

And ignore the Amp rating on the Cyclaid batteries - it is a lie.

thanks for the reply
My problem is only with the battery display
When I put the same batteries in my friend's device (exactly with the same specifications), it shows the charge without any problem and it shows both at 100%.
But it is not like that in my device
Regarding the battery, yes, it is correct, because I vape under 30 watts, I bought this battery, the correct model: m35a

Well you obviously know best, so crack on bunty, any mod issues take it up with the supplier or yihi.

I spoke with Yihi support, he said that our engineers are working on this software bug and will provide a new version of the update soon.

Unfortunately, after all this time, Yihi did not give me the right answer. I understand the problem, if you charge the device with a 1 amp charger, this problem occurs
The problem does not occur with a two-amp charger
