Yeah I helped her with that one she just had to unscrew it ever so slightly the screw it back up then it fired for her, it's just something that happens with the aerotank on an MVP.

Done that, still nothing adjusted both pins and then the switch got hot but no firing. It's making contact so surely something is working, I'm wondering whether the switch might not be insulated properly?

Take tank off and try if gets hot is mod if not it's tank careful with that battery though it's icr let it cool before trying

The plastic on the battery doesn't come too far around on the top or bottom does it? Stopping either contact making a connection?

Till it's in your hand it's hard to tell but I'd guess it's the tank on that mod tbh kanger bottom insulators are soft and a mech mod can squeeze the pos pole to the neg if even a little tight
Either way you'll need better battery imr pref not icr they can flame on vent (different chemistry)

I had an FT one doing exactly as yours.It`s a piece of shit but fuck me what do you expect Not sure what you would call what I have now.Main tube and bottom firing button from the vella, one brass and one ss ring from a nem and the top off of a ss Chi. Looks shit but it works well in 18650 mode

Right so I took a look just a minute ago and the problem is the aerotank. It works perfectly on my iclear 30. So I now know it's not vela. When I get my igo I'll give it a go again, check the ohms, make sure it's all safe and fine before I fire up and hope it works!
