It means vaping secretly ... we are so good at it now you may have passed many stealth vapers and not noticed .... here is a pic of me stealth vaping in an upmarket bar/restaurant .... as I am in stealth mode you will have to look very closely ... look beneath the mural of the knight Templar and you will see a potted plant ... believe it or not I am vaping next to the plant ... look for the telltale silver sheen from my ecig ...
