Telescopic vs non telescopic

All mechanical mods vary in how they hit. It's all in the build & the detail, materials. There are good & bad hitters in the cheaper mods.
Best to look at any given individual mod's specs to make up your mind. My best hitting mod is a stainless caravela clone with silver/ss contacts but by no means the best hitting mod out there.... Some work better than others.

I use both.
Sig 19 that can be quickly twisted up / down depending on battery or
Nemesis where the tubes have to be added/ removed depending on battery

Havent noticed if they hit different

I your case it's the other way around... It's you who hits the nemesis's !! Hehe. Seen your collection.

I know what you mean but I believe that the only actual differences between a genuine mod and a clone are the way it feels, and the material its made of. Because the contacts are what that battery touches. maybe the top cap of the mod can also affect it. Correct me if i'm wrong but that just seems weird to me... or does the material of the mod affect conductivity as well?

The material of the mod does effect it as its conducting electricity. Personally, Ive found my brass m16 clone hits as good as the SS nem clone. Both hit well.
