I have a Totally Wicked Revolution VT60 which I use with the Aspire Cleito. I am just wondering if I use the Cleito RTA Deck, can I make a build with ni200 or titanium wire to allow my VT60 to use its temp control feature?

Hi @skoulding - cheers for the bump, surprised you not had a reply yet! Yes, in theory this shouldn't be a problem at all. Not tried the Cleito deck myself and only briefly tried the VT60 in temp control, I vaguely remember it being a bit pants with one type of stock coil but alright with the other - whether that is the same with a home made coil I am not too sure. Will have a look but see if anyone else had any definite answers.

Thanks for the reply! If you find out I'd be very grateful! Would save me money in the long run building coils and I'd like to see what temp control runs like on this mod. Hopefully will rinse the liquid a bit slower!

Here's the review @dw1986 did for it just over a year ago https://www.planetofthevapes.co.uk/reviews/mods/dw1986_joyetech-evic-vt-full-kit.html. Temp control with Ni does not work at all. So if you are going to do it then give Ti a go. Just had a look at the RTA deck for the Cleito and looks like a dual coil deck and easy enough to work with. It would definitely save you money building your own coils rather than buying but how much juice depends on what sort of build you put in there and also whether you enjoy the experience of the TC vape va RTA deck compared to the standard Cleito coils. You might be better off looking at a single coil tank - check out the Wotofo Serpent Mini. You might - and I do mean might - find that easier to build on and get better results from putting an RTA deck inside something that was designed for stock coils. You can pick the Serpent Mini for £12 http://www.gearbest.com/rebuildable-atomizers/pp_356414.html - same cost as I have seen the Cleito RTA deck for! So whichever route you try you won't be spending too much.

@skoulding - I got the RTA deck for the Cleito and so far have only tried to wick the coils that came preinstalled in it but it seems to be easy to wick and works very well. Another thing is tho that Aspire have released SS stock coils that you can use in TC or Wattage mode if you're just wanting to experiment with TC at first https://www.amazon.co.uk/Aspire-Cleito-Stainless-SS316L-control/dp/B01FR5REDS

Edit - just quickly scanned the review junglist posted the link for and didn't see anything about using SS coils in TC mode on that mod, just NI and Ti So I dunno if those stock coils would work for you :( sorry
Maybe someone with that particular mod could advise further?

Theres no reason you can't use the Cleito RBA deck for TC builds, If it's dual coil you'll want to use the Highest resistance wire you can find for your mod - Steam engine will tell you that once you know what wires your mod can use...
