Might I ask how you managed to get in touch with them? I've literally tried every avenue from here to Facebook to email and their website contact form! Still sat here with a few day old M80 that won't charge

Really, i know ash is a busy guy, and he will get in contact you as soon as possible....hes a top vendor with a great reputation

scootlandt35 had an issue with a sale a long time back and they had actually just sorted it pre contact... i know they can't do that in your case.... have not heard of any unresolved problems for them but lots of good feedback.... unfortunately time is maybe an issue as they are so busy... I would recommend trying phone contact as being more successful. .. but I am sure will get sorted for you

Good luck, I've been waiting more than a month for response from an email. Weirdest thing is I emailed before that and the reply was instant...

Credit to Ash, he did get back to me after the weekend and immediately offered a replacement. Unfortunately, due to the theft of my vape case recently I am only left with the one mod so he agreed to my suggestion of buying a replacement then refunding me once I returned the faulty mod. Can't knock him for customer service, it was my own anger over having a faulty mod and only having one that was the main issue.
