Done and really hope that this has value, but ... it's yet another flawed survey. Some questions are too leading, some are clearly based on assumptions, some too narrow in permutation, no room for further explanation (with "Other" option never being available for example) ... the results could therefore be disregarded as misleading. *shrugs*

Over 700 people took the survey in the first day! Please keep the responses coming. I've agreed with LF that they will release the raw data to me following their publication of the results and I'll share that with the community.
