What's new

The Flavorah Tobacco Lounge

so i have run out of premixed 12mg 50/50 flavourless liquid. i couldn’t be bothered to mix a new batch, and only had cavendish and oriental still to test out.

i decided to stick 0.2% of the cavendish in an existing bottle of INW french pipe (i think this is mixed at 1% or less). jesus, it’s pretty wild stuff. even at that tiny amount after a shake and the bottle sitting for an hour or so, the smell when i opened it was pungent.

it is interesting, i think it will be quite useful but it’s totally different from the INW cavendish. it has a big fruitiness, vanilla, feet and something that reminds me of a trace of well boiled onions and garlic. i wonder if it will change over time...

so it looks like the bin pile consists of the three cig ones and possibly (i’m not sure) arabian. so at least 12 keepers out of 16. not too bad for the £20 or whatever it cost.

Wild, don't you mean hideous :18: I tried some french pipe once, dunno what brand, never again.

My Arabian has fucked off back to Arabia flown the nest, along with half a bottle of Pucker Tobacco (wtf is that stuff). It's a great pack though, altered my way of mixing for sure, now I'm going much lower percentages on everything tobacco, that I mix, not just the flavorah. You're binning the Sweet cig as well, why?

Edit: missed your remarks. Feet, boiled onions and garlic?? wtf

the inw french pipe is quite good, it’s a very sort of flat tobacco base, needs to be in a blend but is quite useful, for filling out a flavour mix.

did you try the pucker? i’m sure pucker is a component of arabian. actually, i’ve not tried pucker either, had totally forgotten about it. written off as i suspect it’s the same sort of stuff as dark tobacco and ozone.

the sweet cig is just the same stuff as the other two, but with something sugary added. which arguably made its even worse imo. the same 20 pack of l&b nausea sensation and squeaky feeling in the cheeks.can’t handle it at all, it’s grossly unpleasant to me.

actually this is a top combination, the french pipe and cavendish. i’ll give it a while longer though, some of the others have tasted okay for half a tank before unleashing their horrors later in the evening...

Yes, I have it as an additive in an astray blend, I think 5 drops in 100ml mix. Waiting to compare the non pucker ashtray to the pucker ashtray. 5ml of the pucker should last ages.

i think it needs some hardcore experimentation to suss it out. my experience with dark tobacco turned nasty quite quickly and i scared myself off from it. ozone similar, but the DT seems to be more potent. i imagine pucker will leave them both standing.

brace yourself!

at this concentration i think the cavendish tastes a bit like honey and figs. it doesn’t seem to have any any kind of tobacco flavour that i can notice.

lol, it's defo on the milder side of tobacco for me but it's full of flavour, but I vaped a whole 10ml at 1%. I don't get honey and figs though... can you taste an anise note that low? .. it's kind of in the background, but defo there for me.

@Simon G Beer Nuts, how salty is it and is it worth buying, please?

yeah, I think it's worth getting if you like nuts, it's good in tobacco, and a good addition to peanut butter and peanut vapes in general.

It's not really salty, you kind of get the impression but it's more like the flavour of salted nuts rather than actual salt and nuts... if that makes sense? .. and it doesn't taste salty under a tobacco either imo.

You have to be very careful with that one too, it's very strong. (0.1% - 0.25 max)
