510 'O' ring I knew about, but I was struggling to see where the base split, but now it makes sense..

Vern came up with an alternative to hacking the base of the positive post which was to remove the top of the air tube so it didn't short at the top.

Might seem like a very strange question.. but what does a short/hot spot taste like..??
My Fogger V2 has been cleaned & cleaned & cleaned.. but getting a nasty taste from it, no burnt cotton, seems to be wicking well, with cotton build, I have found it really easy to build with no problems, I can get 1.4 to 1.6 ohms every time, coil glows nice and even with dry burn..
Stick it together, fill it up.. think sussed it for five minutes then nasty, acidic metal taste comes back..
Paid £25.89 for it inc P&P must have spent another fiver in IPA and vodka cleaning it.. anybody wants to make me a sensible offer.. they can have a try with it lol..
