Another great piece from Prof Siegel worth a read. Youth smoking rates at an all time low in 2013 amongst adolescents. But aren't ecigs creating an alarming rise in smoking rates in the young? Sure I read that in the Daily fail. Well apparently not. The good Dr suggests that ecigs might actually be a BARRIER to taking up smoking
