this kind of collaboration seems problematic anyway. surely responsibility for quality control and standards would surely need to lie with the manufacturer?

I think it all depends on the type of contract and agreements.

If the manufacturer is given a set of drawings and specs they build as per that design.

So if the device is then tested against those specs and meets the requirements of the design and specs then job done.

Again I truly don’t know the ins and outs of who’s responsible for what etc but I will obviously always speak out for Dovpo.


But I will hold my hands up and agree that some collaboration can be problematic.

I have said my bit in hopefully in a diplomatic way and I won’t comment further on the thread unless tagged

But I welcome positive and negative comments and they are always seen up the food chain.

I won't buy anything with their name attached because I'm not 12 and I stopped thinking a name like 'Suicide Mods' was 'cool and edgy' when I started losing my friends to suicide.

Seems there's many reasons to dislike them.

It is a very poor choice of brand name like you I have lost friends and family
