What follows is an FYI mail, purely for clarity. It's not up for discussion, it's done, and I stand by it. 
This is a short tail, there was a raffle, a lavabox was donated. At the end of the raffle, it was won and dispatched to the winner. The End.
Well, no. That WASN'T what happened. That wasn't even fuckin close to what happened !
What happened was a nightmare.
I was set for going 'safe' and ordering a black lavabox & extender pack and being done. Then I thought, if someone's going to win a nice mod, why not let them get what they really want, and hold off ordering so they could have the colour of their choice.
End of the raffle, I couldn't get hold of LordLava. Volcano where out of stock of lavaboxs, apart from white, and out of all colour options of extender packs. Grey Haze (the other uk stock) where flat out of both.
I contacted the winner with a few options, and after a quick chat, a solution was sorted.
As a MTL vaper, a 200w mod would be overkill, and mostly wasted. There was a better, and more suitable option in the preferred colour, in stock, a Lavabox M dna75.
I ordered one on Sunday afternoon. Sorted.
I got up this morning to a an email from volcano, 'your order has been cancelled' due to 'payment was not completed' !! Amm, WTF ! I think you'll find I fuckin DID complete the payment !
I REORDERED the lavabox M.
Check PP, 2 invoices for 2 lavabox Ms !
Around an hour later, I got a phone call from a very nice chap from Volcano, querying 2 lavabox M orders. I explained what happened. PP their end had flagged the first order as 'unpaid' and the system triggered the email, but hadn't cancelled the order.
It's all sorted now, and a nice new lavabox M is due to arrive with the winner tomorrow.
