what can i say, im having a bad experiance with royal mail over the last month, bills missing, parcels missing. raised countless complaints.
a few weeks ago i ordered the new minecraft game for the ps3 as a treat for my son for getting an excellent school report. i like to dangle the carrot to give him something to aim for. anyways ordered the game via ebay from a uk seller and didnt see the game for over two weeks. parcel comes through with a note saying 'your lucky we are kind people, this was posted through our letterbox by mistake'. the damn thing was posted to a house 4 streets away, same door number but totally different street name.
anyways my ohm meter was messing up. depending on how you screw the atty you are getting massive difference. ive had it over 3 years so its paid for itself but being a sub-ohm builder, i see it as critical and comparable in importance to battery safety too.
so i was on the hunt for a new ohms meter and i liked the look of the coilmaster 521 tab but at the time only two places had it in stock, grey haze and the vapour lounge in scotland. the vapour lounge were ever so slightly cheaper so i placed the order.
again my order did not come, called up the guys at the vapour lounge and spoke to natalie. she was so helpful and understanding. communication over the phone and email was bang on. we waited a few more days and she sent out another one which i received as they sent 'signed for'.
only bad thing is didnt use the forum discount but nevertheless, still at full price i was happy.
would i use the additional features of the coilmaster? not really.
would i use the vapour lounge again? definately yes.
keep up the good work and hopefully we can do more business together. Natalie, if your at vape jam 2016, i owe you a drink

- Staff are friendly and always happy to chat whilst ensuring any other customer in the shop is taken care of. Personally I don't think you can ask any more than that!
