just been having a vape and took the top off the wick looks clogged, do i just take the wick out and burn it off or recoil it, its a twisted wrap and heard they do need changing but i thought it would last longer than a week.

I'm using a twisted coil on my Aga-T, the benefits ZT is if you order the wrong wire (0.15 Kanthal A1) with a high resistance you can double it up and get a lower resistance, without twisting it came out at about 3.8Ohms twisted came out at 1.8ohms which is good for me. Carlos, can you not just give it a dry burn? Thought i read somewhere about using a toothbrush but that might have been for the wick.

Depends on what your vaping some juices are buggers for clogging wicks
try a long dry burn and a blow too remove the burnt carbon I've had a wick and coil last 5weeks but I normally get a fortnight at least

I take my wick out at least once a week and give it a good go over with my blowtorch then re-coil it. Brings it up like new even with the cloggiest juice I've never got the hang of taking the wick out whilst leaving the coil in.

well we will be burning tonight , i'll try and get the wick out without ripping the coil off, if i can
