Had my ego kit just over 3 weeks and one of the bats died so put it on charge but the light was green instead of red, I'm all confused so took it off and tried it and it wouldn't come on, so stuck it back on charge and light is still green, I'm not sure if it will be ok once charged abit, I will soon see, but not taking any risks as I don't want to go back to the stinkies so I have ordered another one, lucky I got a kit first time round so I have a spare!!!!

It shouldn't die after three weeks. What are you using it on? It may be you have screwed it on too tight and pushed the pin in the ego down so now it won't make a connection with the attie or indeed the charger. You can lift the pin using a small screwdriver gently round the edges. Not too much though. See video

Tried what was shown on vid and still nothing, there is no white light, it goes green when on charge but won't fire up and the button don't go white, just nothing, The only thing I can think of it being is maybe some juice sizzled on it, I'm so annoyed as its still so new :(

Get back to the vendor and explain the fault. It shouldn't go wrong in 3 weeks. I've still got egos I bought three years ago though admittedly don't get much use these days. It shouldn't be juice 'sizzling' on the connector either. They're pretty robust in that way. If it goes green on the charger it should be fully charged. If it won't fire on an attie it's not connected to the attie for some reason

One thing to try first - do the 5 quick presses of the button. Occasionally, my egos have managed to get switched off (which I'd expect to be near impossible without doing it deliberately).

Try it a few times if it doesn't work, as it can be fiddly to get them in quick enough succession.

Is it definitely turned on Billie86 ? You press the power button 5 times very quickly to turn it on/off - this had me puzzled when I first got mine :)

Yeah I have been trying to turn it on all day, and kept trying it with clearomizer to see if it was still working, thought maybe it was just the actual light not working but no joy :(

Are you sure it is the battery and not the charger at fault? I have one Ego charger that turns from red to green within minutes with VV devices. If I leave the device in for a couple of hours however it still charges the battery.

I had a USB 510 charger that went green without charging the battery, I opened it up and the negative wire had come unsoldered but was making intermittent contact.

I contacted the seller and he said it's still under guarantee so he will replace it :)
