Thoughts on a bitter chocolate recipe

How do apes

The the Mrs is being a pain. She's craving dark chocolate and coffee and or nuts. Any recipes leaping to mind?

I imagine this'll be quite nice..

Cocoa (FA) 2-5% (Depending how strong she wants it)
Coffee Espresso (FA) 1-2%
Maybe a little Sweetener and Fresh Cream for white coffee?

I've got some bitter sweet chocolate, salted caramel and espresso nutzilla from chefs vapour. I think some blend of those could work?

Mumra's Minty Dark Chocolate

TFA Double choc (clear) - 15%
TFA Creme De Menthe - 3%
Sweetner - 1%


This is a very adult dark choc mint.. like a benedicts mint chocolate




Nutella


TFA Hazelnut - 8%
TFA Sweet cream - 6%
TFA Milk choc - 4%
TFA Dark Choc (clear) - 3%
TFA Marshmallow - 1%


Tastes like nutella if you like that sort of thing.




These aren't bad after a week of steep but more is definitely better imo (ideally 3 - 4 weeks)
