I read 15-20% was peoples preferred mix ration/strength. I did mine @ 20% and whacked them with a milk frother for 5 minutes 4 times, giving enough time between stirs for the the bubbles to disapate - ain't got a clue what they taste like though as they've been steeping since, be 2 weeks tomorrow since they were mixed but I'm almos thru my Lime Sparkle stock so might give 'em a go over the weekend.
