I don't usually bother with writing reviews and such like but in this instance I feel it's only fair to comment on the great service received by Ash at MyEpack.
I purchased an Innokin MVP 3 PRO at the end of July from said vendor. Easy purchase, great delivery etc. However, six weeks later the thing went on the blink. A quick phone call to Ash on Wednesday prompted me to send the item back. It is now Saturday morning and I have received a brand new machine through the post. Excellent.
Things go wrong and fail often. Especially in the world of electronics, I accept that. The mark of a good vendor is how these things are handled and MyEpack handled things superbly and deserve a shout out.
So well done, keep up the good work and I will certainly be using your site again.
