Really? I personally know 5 ex smokers who have started vaping this month and the local vape stores seem to be telling a diffrent story as well. But thats obviously only my experience.

It is not a bad article in that it supports the idea that vaping should not be discouraged the same way as smoking.
The numbers do seem a bit odd to me but I do not doubt them.
People that come on sites like this or go into vape shops are a tiny minority and we tend to think we represent typical vapers
The reality is that for every vape shop there must be at least 20 shops selling cigalikes and someone must be using them.I think that these must be where the large percentage of people dual fueling that I keep reading about are coming from.
People like us are more likely to know and convert other people like us so when we read numbers like the ones in this article it tends not to feel right.It is quite possible that the number of people using the kind of kit we are using is rising while there is no overall growth in vapers when you consider cigalike users.
It is likely that a lot of smokers try cigalikes for a while then go back on the fags.

The papers just like having something to say. Right or wrong, they spout !
