Tobacco absolute

I keep reading about this stuff, does anyone have experience with it? Apparently it only needs minute amount ... What's it like?

Long time ago i tasted some a mate had made up , not sure of his ratio though , proper dirty ashtray , i likre tobaccos but it was to much for me .

I have ummed and ahd about getting some but seeing as I'm not a fan of tobacco flavours it seems a lot of money for something I might not use. On the other hand it isn't really tobacco flavour as such.

I know PA do it for $6.50 for 8ml. The price was alot dearer last time I looked, they must have reduced it. Plenty use it but it's not even approved for food use. Here is the PA description:-

Warning: Although tobacco absolute has been used as a flavoring agent in the cigarette industry,
it is not an FDA approved flavoring for food use.

This is a pure product derived from NICOTIANA TABACUM (Bulgarian)
It is nicotine-free and very strong!
Tobacco absolute is a thick liquid that is extracted from tobacco leaves. You can heat it gently to make it easier to work with. Very strong!

Blimey, the price really has come down! I'm sure it used to be $20 for 10ml or something!

It tastes not spectacular, but the effect in a base is well worth it. It's gunky stuff but adds those tobacco elements. That's a good price leisureliquids

So is this what is is then ? something to round out a tobacco flavour rather than a flavour in and of itself ?

i use it myself its very grassy much prefer tpa tobacco extract that is more of a tobacco flavour
use 2 drops of absolute to 10ml of pg then add at about 1-5% to my mixes,tobacco extract i dilute 16drops to 10ml pg then add at 1-5%.
