Regardless of how you're doing with the smoking/vaping cycle - you need to try and get yourself into some routine of sleeping at night and being awake during the day Leon as you're probably doing just as much damage to your system at the moment by festering in bed for 24 hours at a time.
I don't know what physical/mental health problems you may have but I'd prioritise sorting out your sleep pattern before stopping smoking. Try going to bed at midnight and getting out of bed by 10am at the latest regardless of how much sleep you actually managed to get - then make an effort to stay awake until midnight.
The first night will be tough, but if you can get through a couple of days of it you'll quickly get into a routine of being able to get 8 hours or so sleep a night. When you wake up - GET OUT OF BED, don't fall back to sleep as if you do you'll be back to square one - just getting up and washing will wake you up properly and you'll be fine after that. This time of year is fucking miserable enough with the cold, short days and dreary weather without making life worse by sleeping through the day and being awake all night with fuck all to do.
