Who's With Me, ( My Journal of my Vaping )

As others have said, that should work. When I stopped I was down to two smokes a day, 1 first thing in the morning and 1 last thing at night. Did that for a couple of weeks till I found I was rushing the smoke just so I could use my vape.

I cannot smoke one. If I do, I run the risk of smoking all day long.

Granted, it would have been a good idea about 8 years ago, but I have to be an all-or-nothing guy.

It's been 6 hours since my last puff, and I will tell you one thing.

I have been tempted numerous times today, but I must digress and end it all.

I must and will need willpower to get the cravings away.

The cravings won't go away Leon. Stop trying to fight the cravings. Like everyone on here, you are a nicotine junkie. You just need to sooth the nicotine cravings with vaping, not ciggies. You don't really need will power to do it, just a change of mindset. The need for a ciggie will go after time spent vaping.
Keep your vape in your hand at all times, and sook on the bastard non stop every time you get a craving.

I agree DMAN, for me, after 3 years my cravings have not gone away but everytime I feel one I vape like mad till it goes and tell myself, I don't need that cig, I'm getting my nicotine through the vape, I loved smoking, the cancer in my lung didn't!

I went to bed on the 4th at 9:48 PM and did not get back up till the 6th at 1:00 AM.

I then stayed up until 3 AM and tried to go back to sleep, but then I rose at 5 AM.

In about 1 hour and 20 minutes, I will have done 2 days from smoking.

Counting the hours and minutes sounds counter productive to me, you need to stop thinking about it constantly.

Maybe something like this could be the solution.
