Have just checked and for any naysayers out there, I can confirm that Leon has been quitting since 2016

I have been getting up late lately, like at 7 p.m. after going to bed at 3:30 a.m.

I am seeing if I have diabetes type 2 as the nurse I am running the risk of developing this.

Also, I have finally got my websites up from self-hosting.



I am still Vaping and at 1:40 tonight will be 3 days done.
 
It has now been 3 days since Vaping.

I'm still coughing and going out of it, but not to the extent that I would have when smoking.
 
I have been up all night and did try to go to sleep early last night.

I am still vaping away, but I have thrown away a disposable, as it was on the verge of having a dry puff. Seemed off somehow.
 
I am back to smoking 🚭 but only for today.

I now know I have some form of willpower.

Will be back to vaping in the morning as I am now getting tired since being up all night.
 
Sorry I have not been getting back to you all. I have been smoking, and my addiction is getting worse when I wake up. I want one straight away.

I did 1 day, 9 hours from the 1st of December to the 2nd, and now I am trying to quit again.

I have updated my banner to read for today and when I had my last puff.

Time to try something different. Why not smoke 3 cigs a day for a week. One when you wake up, another mid day, and the last before you go to bed, and vape in between.
 
that’s a good idea. a sustained period of smoking a small number of fags a day at specific times will make it easier. then gradually try and wait longer before you smoke the first one, reduce to one a day and then go for it.

i think at the moment you seem to not have a plan and be a bit all over the place.
