Just been confirmed MSRP is $39.99 by Vandy Vapes.. I think they are going to crank down hard on suppliers that aren't keeping to this price point so is be reluctant to rush into any pre- orders from anywhere that isn't listing at that price

If VV start price fixing, that'll be another one I blank. If the retailers want to cut their margins to attract more new customers, what's the problem? That said, the MSRP seems very reasonable, if the product is all that.
