Received my order today but instead of EM crystals I got an extra bottle of DdL (Dolce de Leche). As I'm about to embark on creating the perfect juice I was disappointed that I'll not be doing that today (read on...)
So anyways, I sent an email to Leisure Liquids explaining what had happened. Within 10mins I had a reply apologising for the mix up, the EM crystals will be in the post today AND I can keep the extra bottle of DdL.

Also I was reading on another forum that adding EM to the mix afterwards is OK to do as it doesn't really need steeping. So time to get the bottles out!!
