I am brand new in the vaping community, and saw a 25% discount offered on Totally Wicked (UK), so I ordered some unflavoured nicotine eliquid concentrate, and a few different flavourings. Shipping is a bit more expensive than on other sites; but then, so are almost all of the products sold on Totally Wicked.

Their website is quite easy to use, with plenty of information for new vapers and guides for different eliquids and ecigarettes. Ordering is simple and straightforward, and they have a wide range of products. They have their own forum, but I haven’t ventured into it.

I received an order confirmation via e-mail immediately after submitting my order and another e-mail telling me that my items had been dispatched (with a tracking number). I ordered on a Thursday evening, the kit was shipped on Friday, and I received my order on Saturday morning.

Everything was very nicely packaged, with good labelling and individual boxes for each bottle (see pic). I have yet to use the liquids in mixing (another review), but I am overall quite satisfied with the service offered from Totally Wicked.

**I understand that there are political reasons why some vapers choose not to purchase from TW. That notwithstanding, they have clearly made a point of packaging and marketing their branding in a very professional way.** For the right price, I would probably order from TW again, but their prices are too out-of-sync from competitors for it to be a regular supplier.

There's one just round the corner from my house so I'd like to support a local shop. However the prices are too expensive and they only stock a limited range of products, aside from that the devil logo on the window is pretty embarrassing, my 3 year old son likes it though.

i saw this on ukv too and do understand the history sort of but from my dealings with them ive never had anything other than praise but its their prices that are too inflated

again though nice to see others liking them

Sorry, but I have to disagree. There is a more important issue here than product/price/packaging or marketing, and that is one of ethics. Something from what I have read is sadly lacking. There are hundreds of suppliers out there, all selling good products coupled with fantastic service. TW is in my eyes not one of them.

I appreciate 'each to their own' and the freedom of opinion/speech, its just a shame they didnt. For me, when I part with money, I try where possible to spend it 'ethically' and that is why I would rather go back to smoking than spend a penny with them.

I started off exclusively buying from TW, then realised the prices really weren't competitive.

I have no idea of the 'political' issues regarding them. Anyone care to fill me in?

fair play andy...it is your view....i did say i 'kind of' understand.... dont like nor want to understand the politics behind it or the fall out that happened...dont need to use them again so wont use them again...regardless of past events..been there, done that, moved on kinda thing

Me too. Im curious. I have ordered from them in the past and cant say a bad word really, I know they are slightly higher priced than competitor's, but other than that, pretty good.
