Trademarked names and flavours

Yup, you gotta be careful naming a product. - Even the products that I make when your sitting there thinking of a name ( sometimes the hardest part ) - you have to check, check and double check that it's not being used and or trademarked already.

It's not rocket science really. Why have the stress of someone chasing you down ?

Be creative is the key.

Anyone stupid enough to produce a liquid and call it something like Weetabix & Cheerios Delight deserves having the arse ripped from under them.

Anyone stupid enough to insinuate in a piece they write that flavours are age specific deserves the sack.
