You can't make an 18mg shortfill with 72mg nicotine base without diluting the flavour. The maximum you can make without dilution is 12mg.

A standard shortfill with 10ml of nicotine base is 83.333% in flavour and 16.666% in base.

Making an 18mg mix out of a standard 50ml shortfill with 72mg nicotine base will dilute the flavour to 75%.

You need 107.95mg of nicotine base to turn a standard shortfill into 18mg without dilution.

You can get this (and much stronger) from abroad, but it's harder, riskier and illegal.

You'd be much better looking at longfills and bottle-shots if flavour matters to you.

you would be much better just going for 12mg....

i know everyone's different but using 12 you might just find your puffing a bit more, not that bad a trade off if you want to make the shorts 12mg.

Back in the day I went from 35/40 a day straight onto 12mg juice

So I guess I’m staying with ten ml tbd compliant liquid as the 18mg hit is what I want..

There is always the option of mixing your own eliquid from flavour concentrates and base if flavour strength and 18mg nic is your thing.

If the maths are that hard I think I'd just vape a bit more at a lower strength and save the brain ache. I don't crave vapes like I did cigarettes anyway, it's not the same and it's easy to keep a vape to hand.
