Hi,
I've recently bought a voopoo vinci vape. It has different types of coils such as 0.3/0.45/0.6/0.8/1.2ohm. I smoke freebase, but sometimes I smoke salts. Which coils should I use? I'm relatively new to vaping. Should I use the provided mesh coils?

Choosing coils will depend, in part, on what style of vaping you use. If you vape MTL then you may want to use the higher ohmed coils and for DL the lower.
The .2 and .45 I am guessing are for direct lung. The rest can be somewhere in between and up to mtl.

If you know your preferred style then have a play with the coils and see which suits you best. You can put dry coils into the pod and test out the airflow to find your preferred draw. (Obviously don’t fire the coils dry)

Oh and try not to call it smoking. You’re not smoking anymore but vaping :)

DTL or MTL? Strength of nic/salts. 18/20mg nic/salts will make your head spin on DTL low ohm coils so better used on the 0.8/1.2ohm coils. Lower nic strength will be more suitable for the lower ohm coils.

As you are new to vaping let me help with some jargon..

MTL = Mouth To Lung. Inhaling into the mouth first then into the lungs like most people smoke cigarettes. Generally done with tighter airflow, higher ohm coils, lower power and higher nicotine juice. More flavour, less clouds.

DTL = Direct To Lung. Inhaling straight into the lungs like a bong. Generally done with looser airflow, lower ohm coils, higher power and lower nicotine juice. Less flavour, more clouds.

These are generalisations but should help you let us know how you prefer to vape.

It should say on the coils what the wattage range is. Depends if you want clouds or not.
