As you may understand have ordered from site ,i am just wondering if it is scam ,before ordering i serched for it and i did found that reddit post and others

Hey ,soo ,I paid with paypal and you can get refunds with paypal ,after 50ish days I went and submited refund thing and seller didnt even respond to anything and i got my refund .After 2 weeks my tracking number updated and i received my order ,too bad for seller .I did receive my order but it only took 60 or so days.
