some vapers and vendors I speak to ( and i speak to a lot) prefer not to deal with UK Ecig, (UKE) what with the VTC5 issues and perceived rating of service, but can I give my humble opinion: the service I have found is what makes a good company, when things go different to expected, what do they do to rectify this, well UKE took the decision to keep us safe and recall all their cloupor mini from 1st stock issue, this was before any recall by cloupor themselves or stating which batches were at issue, I personally appreciated this concern for my safety and duly returned my much loved mod, then on same day of receipt UKE added to my account the monetary value of original product, cost of return and £5 on top in the form of reward points which I hastily spent on a sigelei 30 w mini and a subtank mini to pair it with, well done UKE (I do not work for or have any affiliates to UKE, I purchase from at least 15 different vendors ranging from fat daddy vapes to vape club etc, etc)
