Not sure if this has been posted before, but I just came across this supplier in the UK who sells LorAnn "oils". Might be of interest to you if you mix your own?

I've bought from them before - the preema flavourings I bought gave me a headache, but the blueberry and toffee water flavourings were actually quite nice. Blueberry tends to linger weeks after you stopped using it though!

Cheers!

ACTUALLY - don't get over-excited - I have used my uncanny knack of posting stuff that, in the majority is out of stock! But there are a few on there.

My question is the ingredients, are they indeed "oils" or PG?
I have emailed, will post response when I get it :)

Hiya HNC - my understanding of LorAnn flavourings are that they are "candy oils". Which is one of those Anglo-American quirks as far as meaning goes. I had a look on their US website and found the answer from their FAQ:

Do LorAnn flavorings (candy oils) contain vegetable oil?
No, none of our flavorings contain vegetable oil. The term "candy oil" has been used for many years to describe a type of flavoring that is potent enough to be used in hard candy making.

Obviously, this doesn't make them guaranteed safe, but I know LorAnn oils are widely used in e-liquid mixing. Not sure about "oils" like orange oil etc. I use LorAnn tangerine and it is absolutely beautiful! I hope this is helpful?

Cheers!

Just looking on their site, most are VG based some are completely natural...

I bought a load of them when I first attempted mixing my own, and some of them are lovely, some of them are bloody awful! Root beer was one particular horror - so strong it was like vaping Jeyes Fluid! The fruit ones are nice, but be warned, the bottles are miniature (3.7ml!) - but on the up side you don't need too much to taste it.

I looked at this and dismissed it after my trials with 3 ASDA flavour concentrates (Rum, Almond, Lemon). They are a 15 minute drive from me - so am doubly interested in knowing more :)

Bryan - have a look here too. Mind you - be selective, they're almost a quid dearer for each one! (It's where I bought mine from originally). They are also on eBay - but you can order from these people on eBay - they are based in the States and do deals on multiple numbers 24, 50 etc - looking at the prices with shipping, they can work out at around a quid a dram!

Most of the stuff I buy from the States seems to get here within a week and you don't pay customs fees under a certain amount, but usually get charged for the VAT, which may be a factor - well, a 20% increase!

WOW - they are brilliant prices PF!

The one's you are buying are nearly three times the volume of the other ones! Just goes to show how easy it is to pay over the odds when you're not aware of what's out there, eh? Good shout! :applouse:

I know, I couldnt believe the prices too, and half expected little bottles to arrive, but no full on 10ml heavy duty non squeezable bottles. The only trouble is they are thos stupid dropper bottles that dont drop! I just prize off the lid and use a 1ml syringe to get to the good stuff :)
