Urgent Product Recall: Chefs Vapour Sweet Orange

Dear forum members.


At POTV we take your health and well being very seriously.
It has been brought to our attention that some concentrates and or liquids bought from Chefs Vapour may contain oil. The concentrates include Sweet Orange and potentially juices that contain custard notes too.
The POTV team has spent much of the day trying to clarify the situation, and have spoken verbally to the manufacturer The Perfumers Apprentice ( TPA) in the States. TPA inform us that they have not changed their ingredients and advise us that ANY oil based flavour concentrates should never be vaped.

Put a drop in some water. If it separates and makes a film on top, it has oil.

Members of the Potv team spent most of yesterday trying to sort this out and were talking to all parties involved-this is a genuine issue. When it comes to safety we check things very thoroughly as we value our own health and that of our members.

Right now running to draw to open bottles and do the test. I stand corrected then, although im sure i see an official statement.

The priority of the POTV team is the safety of our members.

This announcement was made so that anyone who may have purchased a product that may be affected, is alerted to the concerns and able to contact the vendor to discuss the matter.

Any other intricacies are for the concerned parties to work out and it would be appreciated if members could refrain from making speculative comments.. this thread is about raising awareness of an issue, nothing more.
