Taking a look at some of my juice i have spider venom which when left in the bottle seperates very noticable, i have to shake before using everytime.

If you have any concern about a pre-mixed brand of e-liquid, then you should contact the maker first and foremost.

Some flavourings contain an additive called triacetin which is currently considered safe to vape, but has been known to cause separation of e-liquids.
