Hi all,
I haven't posted any of my mods on POTV before, but as I now spend more time here than any other vaping forum, you have the pleasure of seeing my amateur efforts
Re-homed a vamo board into a tin.
2 x 18650 in parallel.
Onboard micro-usb charger. On-off-on selects between battery to the board with the other battery being connected to the usb.
A lot of work and time went into this one, including sanding down the vamo buttons and the 510 connector to make everything fit.
Only problem is the 510 is on the bottom of the graphic rather than the top, but this was unavoidable due to the tin's hinges.
Things I like are;
- the circuit with the switching. Should get great life and can charge at my desk or in my car.
- the cover over the unnecessarily bright vamo screen.
- a bit of experience of filing buttons and screens before I do a DNA.
Going to leave it overnight to let everything set then vape it from tomorrow.
Planning to take a break until the dna30 is out now as I'm going to start mixing my own liquid soon.
