Can't recommend the Vamo V5 enough!
It's taken pretty much everything i've thrown at it from CE5's, to Protanks and RBA's
Sure it doesn't take sub ohm coils or anything lower than 1.3ohms but if you are just starting out and wanting to venture into a larger piece of kit its a perfect choice.
Nasty Boy - The V5 top cap is pressure fitted and so if the tank is knocked at all it can get pulled out. you only need to apply some pressure to straighten it up, usually happens if you knock it or sit down with it in your trouser pocket, but I find it doesn't happen enough to worry about
I got mine from
http://myepack.co.uk/catalogsearch/result/?q=Vamo+v5
I would advise getting a Stainless Steel one as the gunmetal effect wears off over time, you can always wrap it (see
http://www.jwraps.com/category_s/1820.htm)
I've never had any airflow issues with protanks, probably because I fit the "beauty ring" that comes with the protank as well as the Vamo ring. this stops over tightening and also gives a solid base for your tanks. I also build my own attys which is alot cheaper. Flooding only usually happen with the protanks if the atty is not screwed down properly or ther is not enough wicking material in the atty
Tanks I use with it are:
Protanks 1,2,3
Hypertank (seriously underated and tanks protank heads)
Kamry X10 (not as good as the Protank)
Aga T2 (my bitch of a project)
Smok RSST
even the CE5's work ok on the Vamo
also one more thing I find is that different juices taste better at different Voltages/Watts, some are happy to run at 10W others burn at 8W some taste the best at 6W
Everyone is different, check out youtube reviews from Pbusardo, Grimm Green and Todd, they are often right i find
