Vampire Vape

Hi All,

Does anyone know if there are any issues with Vampire Vape, or have ordered recently?

I placed an order for an RBA on Monday, but they left a message today on my voicemail to tell me that the product was "damaged" and they were unable to send one out.

I tried all the numbers listed on the site to call back, but the two main was have been "blocked" by the telephone companies, and the others just go to voicemail.

Anyone had any issues?

got some heisenburg juice on monday which took 3 days to deliver but that included the weekend.

in all fairness to them im guessing if it was the last one in their store and when pulled they noticed it damaged. ,
i guess you would rather this happen and they contact you than to receive a faulty product and then you having to take the time to send it back.

I ordered some juice from them and turned up 2 days later! Never had to contact them. You tried their facebook page? maybe you can message them on their!

@MrDJ Yep, as I said in my initial message, I tried the numbers on the website with the results I mentioned.

@pcf I got hold of someone through the site's email form, and the refund was processed.
