Vapcell S4 Plus, or an alternative?

Hi everyone, I need to get a new charger as my Efest LUC4 has two broken slots in the middle where the tab that connects to the negative has broken off, so I can only use the left and right sides to charge.

I would like a charger that can measure a batteries internal resistance, so I know how they are aging compared to when they was new. I also need it to be able to fit 21700's and if possible 26650's.

I need one that can charge all 4 slots at at least 1A, or can do two at 2 amps.

I have came across the Vapcell S4 Plus on fogstar, and it is expensive at £34.99 but seems to have all of these features, although I wondered if anyone knew of an alternative that offers the same specs but cheaper?

I have my old nitecore D4 for other types of batteries like Panasonic Eneloop AA batteries, so it doesn't matter if it only charges 3.6/3.7V Li-ion cells.

Ok mate, I just really want to find one that suits my needs where my older charges are breaking lol

I have a couple of Vapecell Batteries and though ok for MTL they won't last with DTL. Them and the Sinowatt (I Think i spelt it right). DTL you want Molicels or maybe Sonys. I read somewhere that Vapecells are Re-Cycled Batteries, don't know if there is any truth in it.

I'm OK for batteries mate I use molicels, it is a new charger that I need.
